"A truly life-long memory"

WINTER
The winter in the mountains has a wide range. From the cold frosty nights of late fall, newly fallen snow and the cold fresh air. The evening sky's turning deeper and deeper blue and the northern lights starts dancing across the sky. Then comes midwinter, deep and often snowy, chilly but rarely inclement because of the dry air. The hours of daylight become less and less and soon only a pink shimmer colors the mountain tops for a short while. But because of the snow the darkness aren't perceived as compact and a moonlight night on january is a magic experience with the trees casting long shadows upon the snow covered grounds.
In februari the sun returns, more powerful day to day. The lights become strong and dazzling and soon the sun shines day and night. Traveling upon the cold snow bathing in the warm sunlight is both nice and affirmative. That's when life up in the mountains is as it's best.
